Since the diaphragm gauge system is filled with sealing liquid as the pressure transfer medium, the temperature impact of the diaphragm gauge is related to the expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid, the diaphragm stiffness and the temperature of the pressurized part. The effect is especially obvious for low-range pressure instruments.
Generally the temperature error of the pressurized part is stipulated to be not more than 0.1%°C. Therefore, the temperature influence of diaphragm gauge is generally the sum of the temperature influence of general-purpose pressure instrument and the temperature influence of the pressurized part of the diaphragm isolator. Protection class of this instrument: IP55
