application:
The inductive proximity sensor with analog output is an electronic signal generator that measures position deviation and has a wide range of uses.
For example:--Measurable bending and deflection
--Measurable width height
--Controllable dimensional stability
--Controllable positioning
--Controllable centering rate or eccentricity
working principle:
When a metal object approaches the sensing surface of the analog sensor, the LC oscillation of the analog sensor is attenuated.
This change is used to convert the current output. The size of the output current is directly related to the distance between the metal object
and the sensing surface of the analog sensor. Or directly proportional to the relationship (please refer to the relationship between
proximity distance and output current curve).
Standard test items:
Use a 1mm thick square steel sheet with an electrical soft iron (i.e. A3 steel) whose side length is equal to the diameter of the sensing surfaceof the analog sensor.
