Applications.
Inductive proximity sensors with analog output are electronic signal generators for measuring and controlling positional deviations in a wide range of applications.
For example:
--Measurement of bends and offsets
-Measurement of width and height
-Control of dimensional stability
-Control of positioning
-Control of centering or eccentricity.
Principle of operation:
When a metal object close to the analog sensor sensing surface, so that the analog sensor LC oscillation amount of attenuation, the use of this change in the amount of conversion current output, the size of the output current, directly and the metal object and the analog sensor sensing surface of the distance between the distance between the close or in direct proportion to the relationship between the (see close to the distance and the output current relationship curve diagram).
Standard detection object:
With 1mm thick square steel plate, side length and analog sensor induction surface diameter equal to the electrical soft iron (i.e., A3 steel)
